1．機(jī)床的用途和應(yīng)用范圍

本機(jī)床的工作，是利用一對(duì)齒輪或一個(gè)齒輪與一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)齒輪互相滾動(dòng)的方法來(lái)檢查兩軸心線相交成角的直齒、弧齒和準(zhǔn)雙曲面的錐齒輪副的接觸區(qū)。

它可完成下列檢驗(yàn)任務(wù)：

（1） 齒輪副的最后檢驗(yàn)：確定齒面的接觸區(qū)，最好的安裝距。

（2） 確定切齒機(jī)床為了修正接觸區(qū)所需的調(diào)整數(shù)據(jù)。

（3） 連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的檢驗(yàn)：可確定切齒的一致性。

（4） 對(duì)熱處理前后的檢查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較，可獲得為補(bǔ)償熱處理變形，切齒機(jī)床新的調(diào)整數(shù)據(jù)。

I. Machine Applications

With the rolling method of a pair of gears or a gear and a master gear, this machine tests the tooth bearings of straight bevel, spiral bevel and hypoid gears of intersecting shafts

The following tests may be performed on this machine:

1) the final tests of a gear pair to determine the tooth bearing and the best mounting distance;

2) to determine the necessary setting data for the gear cutting machines;

3) continuous tests during the production to guarantee the uniformity of the gears produced, and

4) to gain the new setting data for the gear cutting machines through comparisons of the testing results before and after the heat treatment.
