YK2560A數(shù)控錐齒輪研齒機(jī)
一、 機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)
采用大、小輪主軸水平放置的臥式布局,小輪主軸為主動(dòng)軸做H(X)運(yùn)動(dòng),并沿立柱做V(Y)運(yùn)動(dòng)。大輪主軸為從動(dòng)軸做G(Z)運(yùn)動(dòng);V、H、G運(yùn)動(dòng)分別由伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)精密滾珠絲杠沿直線導(dǎo)軌實(shí)現(xiàn)。大、小輪主軸均采用電主軸,轉(zhuǎn)速分別為2400轉(zhuǎn)/分和3000轉(zhuǎn)/分,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),精度高,噪音小,提高機(jī)床使用壽命。機(jī)床整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊新穎,剛性好,占地面積小,操作者容易接近工件。
二、 機(jī)床性能及適用范圍
本機(jī)床用于高速、精確地研磨最大工件直徑達(dá)600毫米的弧齒及準(zhǔn)雙曲面錐齒輪副,適當(dāng)修正熱處理后的變形,研齒后齒面光潔度可達(dá)0.8以上,改善接觸區(qū)位置和大小,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),降低噪音,提高承載力。適用于修正大、中、小型汽車后橋齒輪熱處理后的變形。
三、 機(jī)床的主要特點(diǎn)
采用840Dsl數(shù)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)五軸三聯(lián)動(dòng),
安裝距可自動(dòng)調(diào)整,
自動(dòng)認(rèn)齒并補(bǔ)償側(cè)隙,識(shí)別毛刺和磕碰。通過電主軸施加2~50Nm的扭矩載荷,水平布局直接驅(qū)動(dòng)主軸設(shè)計(jì),保持在高速的動(dòng)力穩(wěn)定性。在高速情況下,采用雙研磨泵將研磨液噴到嚙合點(diǎn)上,明顯縮短研齒時(shí)間,提高生產(chǎn)率,超高速甩凈,接觸區(qū)移動(dòng)可控,各點(diǎn)速度可控??苫剞D(zhuǎn)的操縱箱,更加人性化的人機(jī)界面,操作更加方便。防護(hù)罩美觀安全,自動(dòng)伸縮的防護(hù)門,便于操作者裝卸工件。

YK2560A CNC Bevel Gear Lapper
Ⅰ. Machine Structure
This is a horizontally displayed machine. The pinion spindle is the driving spindle, which makes the H(X) movements and the V (Y) movements along the column. The gear spindle is the driven spindle and makes the G (Z) movements. All the V, H and G movements are performed through the precision ball screws driven by means of servo motors along the linear guideways. Motor spindles are adopted for both the pinion and gear. The speeds of such spindles are up to 2400rpm and 3000rpm with smooth transmission, high precision and low noise level, thus prolonging the service life of the machine. The new-type machine structure is compact, with fine rigidity and less floor space. The machine operator is easy to access the workpieces.
Ⅱ. Machine Performance and Applications
This machine is designed to lap at high speed and precisely the spiral bevel and hypoid gear pairs of diameters up to 600mm, and modify properly the distortions of the gears after the heat treatment. The surface texture after lapping is up to 0.8 and higher, and the positions and sizes of the tooth contact patterns are improved. The gear pairs drive smoothly with low noise, and their load capacity is increased. This machine is suitable for the modifications of gears used on the rear axles after heat treatment for the heavy-duty, medium-sized and light-duty trucks.
Ⅲ. Machine Features
A SIEMENS 840Dsl CNC control system is equipped on the machine to perform the simultaneous 3-axis movements, automatic adjustments of the mounting distance, automatic tooth setting and backlash compensation, and the recognitions of burs and collisions. 2~50Nm toque load can be applied through the high-speed and great torque spindle. Thanks to the direct-driving spindle design of the horizontal arrangement, the machine can sustain the dynamic stability at high speed. Two lapping pumps are used to spray the lapping compound on the meshing point at a high speed. The machine is characterized by the shorter lapping time, increased productivity, ultra-high controllable speed at different points. The machine operation is more convenient because of swiveling control panel and the more humane man-machine interface. The machine enclosure is nice and safe, and the automatic telescopic safeguard door facilitates the loading and unloading of the workpieces.
